We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Platform, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise when you contact us.

• Account Information: When you sign up as a Buyer or Seller, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, phone number, and account credentials (such as Google Sign-In details).
• Service & Order Data: Sellers provide information about the services (Gigs) they offer, including pricing, delivery times, images, and descriptions. Buyers provide requirements and feedback for these orders.
• Communications: We collect the content of messages, attachments, and files sent between Buyers and Sellers through our in-app chat and order workspace to facilitate project delivery and resolve disputes.
• Financial Information: For payments and withdrawals, we collect payment-related information (such as Payoneer email or billing details). Actual payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your full credit card details.

2. Mobile App Specific Data & Permissions

When using our mobile application, we may request access or permission to certain features on your mobile device, including:

• Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to upload profile pictures, gig thumbnails, or attach files and images to chat messages and order requirements.
• Push Notifications: To notify you about new messages, order updates, deliveries, and account alerts. You can turn these off in your device settings.
• Storage: To save downloaded files from your orders or chat messages to your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Facilitate the matching, ordering, and delivery process between Buyers and Sellers.
• Process payments, hold funds securely in escrow, and process seller withdrawals.
• Enable user-to-user communications (Chat, Order Updates, Revisions).
• Send you administrative information, such as order confirmations, delivery alerts, and platform updates.
• Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with our platform.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

• Between Users: To facilitate a transaction, we share basic profile information (name, profile picture, reviews) and gig details between Buyers and Sellers. Your private chat messages and order files are only visible to the specific participants of that order.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud), and customer service.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including Google Firebase secure architecture) to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete the information we have on you through your Profile Settings.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated data. Upon request, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, except for data required to be retained by law or for dispute resolution.
