Welcome to ReskinDev. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website (reskindev.com) and our mobile application.

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ReskinDev if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Services and Gigs (For Sellers)

Sellers are independent freelancers who offer services ("Gigs") on our platform.

• Sellers must deliver the exact service described in their Gig accurately and on time.
• Sellers may not offer or accept payments outside of the ReskinDev platform. Doing so will result in immediate account suspension.
• By delivering completed work, Sellers transfer all intellectual property and copyright of the delivered work to the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in the Gig description.

3. Purchasing and Orders (For Buyers)

• Payments: When you purchase a service, your payment is held securely in escrow until the order is successfully delivered and accepted.
• Requirements: Buyers must provide all necessary information, files, and requirements promptly so the Seller can begin working on the order.
• Revisions and Acceptance: Once a Seller delivers the work, the Buyer can either accept the delivery or request a revision. If no action is taken within the specified auto-completion timeframe, the order will be marked as "Completed" automatically.

4. Platform Fees and Withdrawals

ReskinDev charges a platform fee on completed orders to maintain our services, secure escrow payments, and provide customer support.

• For Sellers: When an order is completed, the agreed-upon platform fee (e.g., 20%) is deducted, and the net earnings are credited to the Seller's dashboard balance.
• Withdrawals: Sellers can request a withdrawal of their cleared funds to their designated payment method (e.g., Payoneer). Withdrawals are subject to processing times and minimum withdrawal limits.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment, users must NOT:

• Share personal contact information (email, phone number, social media) to bypass the platform's messaging and payment systems.
• Use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language in messages, reviews, or gig descriptions.
• Offer or request services that are illegal, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or violate our community guidelines.
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or promotional materials.

6. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews reflect the independent opinions of users. Once an order is completed, both Buyers and Sellers can leave a public review. Reviews cannot be altered or removed unless they violate our Prohibited Conduct policies (e.g., containing abusive language or personal information).

7. Limitation of Liability

ReskinDev acts as a marketplace to connect Buyers and Sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Sellers. In no event shall ReskinDev be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any disputes between users.
