This Privacy Policy explains what information ReskinDev, operated by Flight Master Tours And Travel ("ReskinDev", "we", "us"), collects when you use reskindev.com and the ReskinDev apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple Vision Pro (the "Platform"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
In short: we collect what we need to run a freelance marketplace (your account, your orders, your messages and payments), we do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
1. Information you give us
- Account: your name, username, email address, profile photo, country, and the role you use (buyer or seller). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email (with Apple you can choose to hide your email).
- Profile and services: what you write and upload to your profile and services, such as descriptions, prices, images, cover photos, portfolio items and intro videos.
- Orders: what you buy or sell, requirements, deliveries, revisions, reviews and ratings.
- Messages: chat messages, photos, videos, files, reactions and offers you send in chats.
- Identity verification (optional): if you apply for a verified badge, your ID document photos, a selfie, your legal name, date of birth and address. These are stored privately and only our verification team can see them.
- Payments and withdrawals: for taka bank, bKash or Rocket payments, the sender account details, transaction ID and receipt you upload; for withdrawals, the account you want to be paid to (for example a bank, bKash, Rocket or Payoneer account) and the account holder name.
- Support: what you send us in support tickets, reports and the contact form.
- Invites: the invite code you used and who invited you.
2. Information collected automatically
- Device and app: device type, operating system, app version and a push notification token so we can send you notifications.
- Activity: when you were last online (shown to people you chat with), whether you have read messages, typing status, and services you viewed recently (kept on your device).
- Service statistics: views and clicks on services, used to show sellers how their services perform. These statistics are counted without showing the seller who viewed them.
- Fraud prevention: to stop people from inviting themselves, we keep a short one-way code made from the network you use when you join with an invite. We never store your raw IP address for this.
3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Reskindev Pro bought in our iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro app is processed by Apple, and in our Android app by Google Play. Apple or Google handle your payment details; we never receive your card number. We receive only what we need to give you Pro, such as the product, purchase date, renewal status and a transaction ID.
4. How we use your information
- To create and run your account, and to show your public profile and services.
- To take orders, hold and release payments, pay sellers and process refunds and withdrawals.
- To deliver your messages and files, and send you notifications about orders, messages and your account.
- To verify identities, prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and keep the Platform safe, including reviewing reports.
- To run Reskindev Pro and the invite program (the inviter's commission and the invited friend's first order without a service fee).
- To answer support requests and resolve disputes.
- To understand how the Platform is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. What other people can see
- Public: your name, username, profile photo, cover photo, country, badges (Pro, verified), services, portfolio and reviews.
- The people you chat with: your messages and files in that chat, your online or last-seen status, and whether you have read their messages.
- Never public: your email, phone number, ID documents, payment and withdrawal details, and wallet balance.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run the Platform for us: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts, database, file storage, servers, hosting and push notifications), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, notifications on Apple devices), Google (Google Sign-In, Google Play purchases), and the banks and payment services used to receive payments and pay withdrawals.
- Between users: as described in section 5, so buyers and sellers can work together.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or ReskinDev.
- If ReskinDev is sold or merged, with the new owner, who must keep protecting your information under this policy.
7. Tracking and advertising
We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do not use data brokers.
8. How long we keep information
- We keep your account information while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except what we must keep for a limited time to complete open orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (for example order and payment records).
- Verification documents are kept only as long as needed to confirm and maintain your verified status, and are then deleted.
9. Your choices and rights
- See and change your information in Profile and Settings (verified details are changed through support).
- Delete your account at any time: in the app go to Profile → Delete account, or on the website go to Settings → Delete account. You can also ask us by email.
- Notifications: turn push notifications off in your device settings.
- Permissions: the camera, photo library and files are used only when you choose to add a photo, video or file. You can change these permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to get a copy of your data, object to some uses, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.
10. Security
Your information is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase with encryption in transit, and access is limited by security rules so people can only read what they are allowed to. Verification documents and payment receipts are visible only to you and our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong sign-in and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
11. Children
ReskinDev is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
We are based in Bangladesh and our service providers may store and process information in other countries, including the United States. We use providers that protect information with appropriate safeguards.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make important changes we will tell you in the app or by email, and we will update the date at the top.
