Welcome to ReskinDev. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ReskinDev, operated by Flight Master Tours And Travel ("ReskinDev", "we", "us") and cover your use of reskindev.com, the ReskinDev apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Apple Vision Pro, and every service we offer through them (together, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReskinDev.
1. Who can use ReskinDev
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in details private.
- One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get rewards, avoid a suspension or review your own services is not allowed.
2. Usernames and verified accounts
- Your username is permanent once it is set, because it is also your profile link and your invite code.
- You can ask for a verified badge (blue tick) by completing identity verification. We check your ID and a selfie; these files are private and seen only by our verification team.
- After verification, the verified details (such as your name, username, country, address and profile photo) are locked and can only be changed by contacting support.
- We may remove a badge if the information turns out to be wrong or the account breaks these Terms.
3. Selling services (Sellers)
- Sellers are independent freelancers, not employees or agents of ReskinDev.
- Your service ("Gig") must describe honestly what the buyer gets, the price and the delivery time, and you must deliver exactly that, on time.
- You must own or have the rights to everything you upload, including images and videos.
- Unless the Gig says otherwise, when an order is completed and paid, the buyer receives the rights to use the delivered work.
4. Buying services (Buyers)
- Give the seller clear requirements and the files they need, promptly.
- When the work is delivered you can accept it or ask for a revision as allowed by the package. If you take no action within the auto-complete period shown on the order, the order is completed automatically.
- Services are performed by people outside the app (for example design, video editing or app development). Paying for these services is not an in-app purchase.
5. Prices, fees and payments
- Buyer service fee: buyers pay the service price plus a service fee (currently 5%), shown before you pay.
- Platform fee: when an order is completed, ReskinDev keeps a platform fee from the order price (currently 20%). The rest is credited to the seller. The fee that applies is the one shown when the order was placed.
- Payments are held by ReskinDev until the order is completed, cancelled or a dispute is resolved.
- Taka (BDT) payments: paying in taka is only available when both the buyer and the seller are in Bangladesh. Taka payments are made by bank transfer, or with bKash / Rocket "Transfer to Bank", to the ReskinDev account shown at checkout, and are confirmed by our team after we receive the money. You must accept these Terms before paying in taka.
- Dollar and taka balances are kept separate and cannot be converted into each other.
- Prices and fees may change in the future. Changes never affect an order that has already been placed.
6. Wallet, refunds and withdrawals
- Seller earnings become available to withdraw after a clearance period (taka earnings: 14 days after the order is completed; the period for each balance is shown in your dashboard).
- Withdrawals are paid only to an account in your own name. The account holder name must match the name on your ReskinDev account.
- Refunds of money you sent us are returned only to the same account the money came from.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and processing times are shown on the withdrawal page.
- We may hold or reverse a payment that looks fraudulent, is disputed, or breaks these Terms.
7. Reskindev Pro subscription
Reskindev Pro is an optional paid membership (monthly or yearly) with extra features, for example a Pro badge, priority support, free identity verification, more gigs and analytics for your services. The features included are described on the Pro page and may change over time.
- Buying in the iPhone, iPad or Apple Vision Pro app: payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Buying in the Android app: payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel any time: manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country and currency.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
8. Invite and affiliate program
- Your invite code is your username. A friend who signs up with your link or code (or enters it within 30 days of joining) becomes your referral.
- What you earn: a commission (currently 5%) of what your referral pays on ReskinDev, for orders and Reskindev Pro, for one year from the day they join. It is calculated on the amount they actually paid. Dollar purchases earn dollars; taka purchases earn taka for referrers in Bangladesh. Dollars and taka are kept separately and are never converted.
- What your friend gets: no service fee on their first order. This is one order per person; if that order is cancelled, it can be used on their next order. Invites never give a free subscription, a subscription discount or cashback.
- Commission is held for a waiting period (currently 17 days after the order is completed or Reskindev Pro is bought). If the order is cancelled, refunded or disputed, or the purchase is refunded, in that time, the commission is cancelled and never paid. Orders your referral buys from you earn no commission.
- Commission goes to your affiliate balance. You can withdraw it from the minimum shown on your Invite page (currently $20 to Payoneer, minus Payoneer's $3 fee, or ৳500 to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank account in Bangladesh), only to an account in your own name.
- The current amounts, limits and waiting periods are shown on your Invite page and may change, and we may change or end the program. Commission already earned keeps the rules that applied when it was earned.
- Inviting yourself, using fake or duplicate accounts, or any other abuse cancels the commission involved and may close the accounts. Sign-ups from the inviter's own network are checked by our team before any commission is paid.
9. Keep it on ReskinDev
- Do not ask for or make payments outside ReskinDev for work found on ReskinDev.
- Do not share phone numbers, emails or other contact details to take a deal off the Platform. Work and payments made outside ReskinDev are not protected: no refunds, no support and no dispute help.
- Breaking this rule can lead to suspension of your account and loss of pending earnings.
10. Things you must not do
- Use abusive, threatening, hateful or sexual language or content.
- Offer or ask for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Post fake reviews, or pressure anyone about a review.
- Spam, scam, impersonate anyone, or try to break or misuse the Platform.
You can report a user, a message or a service from the app or the website, and you can block anyone you do not want to hear from. We review reports and may remove content or close accounts.
11. Reviews
After an order is completed, the buyer and the seller can review each other. Reviews must be honest. We may remove a review that breaks section 10 or contains personal information.
12. Disputes and cancellations
If something goes wrong with an order, talk to the other person first in the order chat. If you cannot agree, contact support from the order. We look at the order details, chat and deliveries and decide on a fair outcome, which may include a full or partial refund or releasing payment to the seller.
13. Apps from the Apple App Store (EULA)
If you got the ReskinDev app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these Terms. In addition:
- These Terms are between you and ReskinDev only, not Apple. ReskinDev, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- ReskinDev, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app does not meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property rights, ReskinDev, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and dealing with that claim.
- You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Our content
The ReskinDev name, logo, apps and website design belong to ReskinDev. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you give us permission to show it on the Platform to run and promote your services.
15. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile in the app or from Settings on the website. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users at risk. Money that is legitimately yours will be paid out according to section 6, unless the law or an open dispute requires us to hold it.
16. Limitation of liability
ReskinDev is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by sellers. To the extent allowed by law, ReskinDev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from disputes between users, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees ReskinDev received for the order involved.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using ReskinDev after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
